Toksave Ol Wantok

This is a further toksave to all our wantoks that we have exactly four (4) weeks before our Bung in Washington, DC. To-date, only three families and one single person have paid their registration fees for the Bung. Logistically, this is not helpful to our organizing committee in Washington, DC and we wish to appeal to all our wantoks to send in their payments within the next three weeks.

Since we need to allocate cabins, hire vehicles, purchase foodstuff/items and other logistics, we need to know the number of confirmed wantoks coming for the Bung and accordingly urge all wantoks to pay-up within the next three weeks. By way of this notice, the organizing committee has decided to make JUNE 25, 2008 as the deadline date for all payments/fees for the PNG Bung.

As we have advised earlier, we will not be registering and collecting fees at the campsite and therefore those who are planning to come for the Bung must make their payments before the above cut-off date. This is to be fair to everyone and to ensure that everything runs smoothly as planned, especially allocating cabins.

Ol wantok, this is our final appeal/toksave for all payments to be paid by the above date. Everyone have to cooperate to ensure a successful and enjoyable Bung. We do not know why only three families and one single person have paid so far while the bulk of our wantoks have not even made any attempts to pay.

Please let us know if you have specific problem regarding payment of fees or any other aspect of the PNG Bung. We will only be pleased to entertain any queries regarding the 2008 PNG Bung.

They need $$$ and number of wantoks confirmed to attend in order to do all the necessary planning etc before the bung and not during or after the bung.
